Terms of Service

PLEASE NOTE: All rights to commissions are copyrighted to the artist and character rights to their owner(s).

Ordering method:

When ordering art for a pre-existing I will need a CLEAR reference sheet that is COMPLETE. I will not spend hours asking about markings unless the character is being redesigned. Please leave your email or toyhouse username in your order, wherever you want me to send the final image. If you are ordering a piece with complex details please be patient with me while I work to get it right.

Rights:

• I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, and I do not have to provide my reasoning.
• I have the right to repost any of my artwork that includes your characters.
• You have the right to repost/copy/print any artwork I have completed for you.
• You have the right to edit any artwork I have made for you, please just ask for permission first.
• You do not have the right to remove my signature from any artwork I have completed for you. If this is done you will be blacklisted and reported.

Contact & Payment:

My preferred method of contact is Discord, Telegram, or Twitter. Payments must be made through Cashapp or Paypal (Cashapp preferred). Payments must be made 48 hours AFTER the sketch is sent and has been approved. Changes to the timeframe of payment can be changed if I trust you to pay me within the timeframe we both agree on. If you do not pay within the agreed timeframe or the 48 hours, your commission will be canceled, I will be using the sketch for something else to sell.

Refunds:

If you cancel your commission before I have started, you will get a full refund. If you decide to cancel after I have started, I will refund you for the time left on the artwork. You are not only paying for the art, but you are paying for my time. If I decide to cancel your commission for reasons explained/unknown, I will refund you in full.

Commission Process:

I will send a sketch of everything drawn out, when approved you will have 48 hours to send payment, then I will continue the artwork. WIPs of lineart and flat color can be requested at any time, just send me a message. If there's anything you want to be changed, this is the time to ask. Once the commission is finished, I can email you the artwork or send it via toyhouse. Commissions can take between 1 day to 3 weeks depending on your order (if I have issues arise in the time of your commission, you will be notified asap).

Communication:

You are welcome to ask about your commission at any time, but please do not spam me. Spam could result in being blacklisted from any future adopts or commissions. If you need your commission by a certain time, please inform me while ordering so I can make time for it.
